We currently do not offer a money-back guarantee for any services rendered. If you are not satisfied with our finished product please allow us an opportunity to continue servicing you with your new notations in mind. At Mopster Inc. we treat our clients like family. Please give us a chance to resolve any issues you may have encountered as we provide guaranteed quality cleaning services. If you have any additional questions or would like to request a refund, feel free to contact us.

• A scheduled consultation or walk thru is required before an service is booked.
• A $35 non refundable deposit will be required to secure your booking and will be applied to your final balance.
• Mopster Inc. cleaning services will provide all cleaning products and supplies.  EXCEPT TOILET BRUSHES.
• Mopster Inc Cleaning services operates under CDC guidelines and OSHA regulations of Covid-19.
• All cleaning tools are cleaned and disinfected after each service! EVERYTHING !! 
• Please leave out a fresh new set of linens so we can help you change the the old ones out.

Deep cleans only !!

• Please remove all expired food from fridge the night before.
• Run the self cleaning cycle on your oven the night before.
